Best Christmas ever? Best Christmas ever! The kids were totally into it this year, everyone got lots of great presents, we had a tasty prime rib lunch and a fun evening at a friend's house. Here are a few random videos from the holidays:
One of the highlights was Pippa's school Christmas concert. She's a natural! William also had a concert, but he is the opposite of a natural so I will spare you the video (just imagine 10 minutes of Will staring into space while half-dozen 3-year-olds sing Jingle Bells at 6 different speeds).
Classic Reese introduction video. Classic. NO OTHER FAMILY DOES THIS!
Pippa swiped the camera and shot stuff all morning. Most of it was of the carpet or her nose, but this one about the tree turned out quite nice.
Here's one of the boys being the boys.
This was one of the favorite toys the kids got, a whirlymabob from Pappy. Thanks Pappy! Pippa got pretty good with it and started doing tricks, like doing it while dancing or just inches off the ground.
Just Oliver, playing with the trains. This was pretty much the main activity of the boys this weekend, as they got some new Thomas trains and track to play with.

San Francisco Fun!
At the beginning of November we drove down to San Francisco for some big city fun! We visited the Exploratorium, the Children's Museum, Muir Woods and Muir Beach, then Pier 39 for a boat trip around the bay. Not all in one day.
Aunt Linda and Uncle Rick were great hosts! The kids loved the Halloween decorations; William still keeps talking about them. He also makes some kind reference to the Panda he rode on the carousel every single day! It's always the little things that make the biggest impressions.

Halloween 2010
Trick or treat, witches and mummy-lovers! Another Halloween is in the books, and by all accounts it was the most epic candy hunt yet witnessed by the Reese kids. Pippa went as an Evil Cinderella, William went as an Evil Prince Charming, and Oliver went as an Even More Evil Than Normal Pirate. Okay, then went as the normal versions, and were all very cute and sweet and not evil whatsoever. Pippa was full-on, of course, while William was great until he figured out how to open up a lollypop, then it was game over. Oliver, however! For the first part he was content to ride in the wagon and watch, but once it got dark he started hitting doors and screaming "Trick or Treat" as loud as he could. I got a couple of videos of it, truly hilarious how excited he was; certainly moreso than the other two were at that age! Here's a bunch of photos of the day:

Stair Gate Be Gone!
Oliver has become a pro at climbing up and down the stairs over the past 8 months, so we feel confident enough to remove the bottom stair gate for the next 12 months or so! It was becoming more of an annoyance than a help. So now the kids have access to the stairs, they like to just sit on them and look down. Yesterday they were playing together and just sitting on the stairs looking at books. They were all very happy and content and let me take some photos. They are all facing the same way at least! Hopefully we can get some great pictures of them in costume on Halloween, too!

Pumpkin Pickin'
Again, this year we went to the Central Oregon Pumpkin Company for a fun time out and to choose some pumpkins. We went the first weekend they were open when the weather was gorgeous and the selection of pumpkins was great. Pippa, William and I also went for a field trip with the preschool, but the photos I have are from our family day out.

Preschool Pictures!
Last week a photographer came in to take photos of the kids at school. He got some good ones, but these are the 2 I bought. On that preschool note, they are both doing great and loving it. Pippa is a star pupil and William has improved so much since the first weeks. He comes home so happy and is always singing the songs!
