So, after being on the market for 6 months, the sale of our Chicago condo has finally closed and we are free of debt! It was fun living there, but Bend is so much better for us. It makes owing a few thousand dollars at closing an easier pill to swallow. That, and knowing there are people who have lost so much more from this lending crisis.We are relieved and happy that the Chicago chapter can officially close! Yay!
